Start with Daily tasks on Home: practical sentences, rotating practice, chapter listening and everyday speaking. Rate recall honestly after trying; speech recognition is not needed. Existing chapter learning follows the textbook sequence. Recall reviews track words marked as remembered or weak. Weak-word practice uses a short re-learning pass with audio before those words are tested again later. The Core opposites game covers natural basic contrasts, while Topic-based vocabulary provides focused and mixed recall. Listening practice combines chapter audio, transcripts and tappable translations. Speech recognition is used only in activities where longer spoken responses provide enough context. Fixed vocabulary recordings are used in preference to browser speech synthesis. Speech recognition measures what the browser transcribes; it is not a phonetic or tone-analysis system.
Textbook vocabulary follows the chapter structure used in the course. The Core opposites game covers high-value basic contrasts, while Topic-based vocabulary contains the broader assumed-known review bank. The short Vietnamese sentences are added teaching examples, deliberately using simple surrounding vocabulary. The first learning screen shows the word, meaning and simple example sentence and autoplays the whole sentence. Completed 5-word sets can be replayed from Practice without changing their spaced-review schedule. The final batch stage asks you to speak the complete sentence. Browser speech recognition checks what it understood, then lets you retry indefinitely after revealing the answer. Gap-fill questions do not autoplay the full sentence before you answer because that would reveal the missing word.
